John has provided nearly 28 years of combined Capture/Proposal Management, Enterprise/Solutions Architecture and Federal/DOD Program Management experience. This emphasis has allowed key acquisition of very large mission-critical infrastructure projects for both the DoD, law enforcement, and federal civil market spaces. In addition, John leverages continued experience in IT systems engineering for the support of data center infrastructures, including full lifecycle development methods from waterfall to AGILE. John has also managed operational DEV/OPS teams, and managed Enterprise systems, to support custom law enforcement, homeland security, and social networking systems. Proposal and systems engineering topics include support of IC Community proposals in technical areas as: Applications Service Providers (ASPs), ITIL/Service Management, Service Design, Service Strategies, Hosting, and SLA Management.

Carrie Longo has provided over 15 years of combined DOD and Federal/Civil Pricing & Contracts Volume support. This emphasis has allowed key acquisition for small to very large mission critical professional services in the market spaces. In addition, Carrie’s relevant experiences include Export Policy and Compliance support to numerous warfighter programs. As the Pricing Proposal Manager, she has assisted in the planning, organizing, development and submission of several cost proposals. She has the experience and know-how to win not only small niche task orders, but also large multi-billion dollar GWAC vehicles and other high visibility opportunities. In addition, Carrie’s relevant experiences include Contracts Management and Export Compliance supporting numerous Joint and Marine Corps programs.
